Always make sure your drivers for your wireless card are loaded in device manager. How do you know if the drivers are installed? First got to the control panel . Then system . Then device manager . In the list look for pci communication device , If there is an exclamation mark next to this device then you need to reinstall your modem . The pci communication device is just another word for your modem. Your modem is installed correctly when there are no exclamation marks next to this advice. You may need the CD that came with your computer in order to reinstall your modem . This is a bit technical so give us a call for some free advice on how to install this.

Wireless Problems

If your broadband is not working the first thing to do is check all the cables. Usually the main problem with broadband connections is the cables. If they all seem in order then switch off the router for 2 minutes then turn it on again. Wait another 2 minutes then try to connect. If you still cannot connect then give us a call and one of our engineers will quickly and cheaply setup your wireless connection.
